Donna Jonas, CPC

HSSR Co-Founder | Certified Professional Coach | Retreat Facilitator

Donna Jonas is a certified professional coach, teacher, and facilitator whose work helps people understand the beliefs, stories, needs, emotional patterns, and relationship dynamics that influence how they move through life.

As creator of the INNER Framework™, Donna brings an inside-out approach to personal growth—helping people look beneath the surface, recognize what may be shaping their choices, and connect greater self-awareness to intentional action. Her work integrates professional coaching, life-transition experience, spiritual study, and decades of helping people navigate fear, uncertainty, transition, and change.

What Donna brings to HSSR
Throughout the retreat, Donna helps create space for reflection, honest conversation, and greater self-awareness. Through guided discussions and experiential exercises, she invites women to listen inward, examine what may no longer serve them, and consider what they want to carry forward with greater clarity and intention.

Dionne Polite

Guest Facilitator | Artist & Creative Guide

Dionne Polite is a self-taught visual artist whose work is rooted in expression, connection, and storytelling. Inspired by cultural experiences, everyday life, nature, and emotion, she uses color and imagery to create work that invites people to connect not only with what they see, but with what they feel.

Her artistic practice spans a range of media and styles, including acrylics, mixed media, portraiture, figurative work and contemporary expression. Her work has also been featured during Art Basel in 2024 and 2025, reflecting the growing reach of her creative practice.

What Dionne brings to HSSR
During Reflect & Reclaim: Returning to Inner Truth, Dionne will guide a creative rock-painting experience designed for reflection and self-expression. No artistic experience is needed. Through color, imagery, and personal symbolism, each woman will create a piece that represents something she wants to remember, reclaim, or carry forward.
